Each year, one of our most meaningful fundraisers is the Annual Fund Letter, mailed to every household in the Kenmore Town of Tonawanda community.

This cherished tradition, sent at the start of the holiday season, helps us share the story of our mission and the impact we make together. The letter provides an opportunity for neighbors to come together in the spirit of generosity, supporting those in our community who rely on us most. Whether it’s helping us keep meal costs affordable, ensuring no one feels forgotten, or allowing us to expand our services, every contribution plays a vital role in changing lives right here at home.

You can expect to see this special mailing arrive in late October each year.

In gratitude, every donor receives a personal thank-you letter acknowledging their support. This letter also serves as official documentation for tax purposes.
