Volunteering with KTMOW is at the sole discretion of the agency, and by participating, you agree to uphold the following standards:

Our Commitments and Your Responsibilities

Follow Policies & Procedures

Read and adhere to the guidelines in the Volunteer Handbook.

Accept guidance and support from KTMOW staff.

Positive & Respectful Interaction

Maintain a cheerful and professional attitude.

Introduce yourself to each client, address them by name, and greet them with a smile.

No Personal Compensation

Volunteers must refuse tips or monetary gifts from clients.

Observation & Reporting

Privately report any observations about clients’ appearance, behavior, environment, or nutritional habits to KTMOW staff after your route.

Confidentiality

Protect all client information, including names, addresses, phone numbers, ages, financial and health details.

Do not copy or remove route sheets from the building, except when delivering meals.

Professional Boundaries

Do not offer medical, legal, or financial advice.

Respect the cultural, religious, and political views of clients and refrain from imposing your own.

Do not transport clients in personal vehicles.

Punctuality & Task Completion

Arrive on time, complete your duties efficiently, and ensure all tasks are finished before leaving.

Food Safety

Follow all staff guidance regarding food safety and proper handling of meals.
